"It's a joy to be hidden, but a disaster not to be found"

- Donald Winnicott

Hi, I'm Mehar (she/her).

I believe therapy is one of the few spaces where you don't have to arrive with everything figured out. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply curious about yourself, therapy can offer a place to slow down and listen more closely to what your experiences might be trying to tell you.

My approach is rooted in relational and psychodynamic psychotherapy. This means I'm interested not only in what is happening in your life right now, but also in the patterns, relationships, emotions, and stories that have shaped the way you move through the world. Together, we pay attention to what emerges both outside the therapy room and within our therapeutic relationship, as this can often reveal ways of relating and coping that have become so familiar that they go unnoticed.

Alongside insight-oriented work, I draw from trauma-informed care, narrative practices, and other modalities to help bridge understanding with meaningful change.

Whether you come as an individual or as a couple, my hope is to create a space that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and non-judgmental; a space where difficult experiences can be explored with care, where all parts of you are welcome, and where new ways of understanding yourself and relating to others can begin to emerge.

I see therapy not as a process of fixing what is broken, but as an opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with yourself.
